I ordered Anna’s book after I wrote the newsletter! It’s delightful! In fact, I was going to do a ‘Fika Follow-up’ in one of my upcoming newsletters with a link to the book. Love it! Just make sure to grease the pan and line with parchment-your cake will be slightly thinner (but who cares!) and keep an eye on your bake time. Keep me posted! 😃

I made this cake the other night and my whole family loved it. I'm not usually a fan of cocoa cakes, preferring melted chocolate, but this was so delicious and light. I think the melted butter and the thinness made all the difference. Will definitely be making this again. Thanks for the recipe, Jolene!
