Congratulations on launching your paid subscription, Jolene! I know how much work you put into this newsletter. Somewhere in my basement is a fondue set that I bought years ago for a story I wrote on cheese fondue. Might be time to pull it out to make chocolate fondue. Such a delicious treat.
Congratulations, Jolene, on taking your newsletter to the next level! You have put a ton of work into Time Travel Kitchen this past year and shared so much free content with everyone. Now it is everyone else’s turn to show their support for you by upgrading to a paid subscription. Best of luck heading into this new year and decade! I personally LOVED the 70s. The 60s, too, but the 70s, were something else!
Congratulations on going paid, Jolene! As you know, I’m a huge fan of everything you do! So excited to receive more Time Travel Kitchen in my in-box. Always a great read and a recipe I salivate over and want to make. I don’t own a fondu pot, but now maybe I’ll be in the market for a pretty vintage one like yours. 🤗
I love this, Jolene! Fondue always makes me think of the restaurant The Melting Pot, which was THE place to go for a date when I was in high school/college. Chocolate fondue has always been my favorite- thank you for sharing your recipe! 🍫
Congrats on breaking into the subscription realm – I must admit - I assumed you were already doing it and I was a mere free reader! : ) I think your Jetson-esque fondue is one excellent way to kick things off!!
In high school I 100% asked for a chocolate fondue pot for my birthday. Sadly, it was the candle-based kind, so the chocolate often got burnt on! But I still loved it. I guess the food historian in me was lurking even back then!
Uhmm... sorry Jolene, I'll have to pass on the fondue. Never liked mixing fruits and chocolate. Or fruits and cheese, for that matter. My mother used to bake chocolate peaches in the over. Never touched one of those either. I guess I have simple tastes.
Now, those aprons, on the other hand, are rather snazzy...
I do recall some fun fondue gatherings in years past! Thanks for bringing fondue back! I am upgrading my subscription but having a bit of trouble. I got a receipt, but I haven’t paid!

Subscribed, how could I not. Congratulations on going paid, Jolene!
Ah, congratulations! Can't wait to be part of this exciting new level of TTK!

I well remember the fondue pot we had way back then...and Congratulations on launching the paid option!
Great launch, Jolene. And I've been "getting my 70's on with music lately, so why not with a luscious dessert!
It looks scrumptious, even if I have not had breakfast yet!
