I know this probably isn't what you meant us to think about, but suddenly, I'm thinking of the cultural impoverishment of modern life. There's just so much more love and life to all this than "microwave your hot cross buns from Tesco and serve with a packaged chocolate egg" that Easter has become in my native UK. Even in the midst of death, Ukraine is teaching us how to live. Thank you, Jolene.

I can’t find any flaws in the beautiful paska you made, Jolene! A wonderful, timely post! I’m sorry I missed this virtual bake-a-thon in honor of Ukraine. As you know, I love all things made with yeast, so I’ll definitely be giving this a try.

Great theme Jolene 👏 I haven't eaten pascha since the last couple of years. Maybe it's time to make one for this Easter. Still got some time 👌 I love pisanki (wooden, painted eggs) and their traditional floral prints. They are always inside every easter basket here in Poland.
