That's a beautiful cake, Jolene, and isn't wonderful to keep it unadorned with icing. Your touches of the candied cranberries, orange zest, and powder sugar allow the spices to shine. Really well done. I admire anyone who can make a bundt cake.

Thank you so much! Totally agree, a dusting of powdered sugar was all it needed. By the way, I ordered (and received) “Scandikitchen Christmas” after you wrote about it, just in time for St. Lucia! 🕯️ (my Mom was Swedish and German)
